What is Reiki?
Reiki, pronounced "Ray-Key", is an eastern practice that is over 2,500 years old that helps restore balance to your mind, body and emotional being with soothing energy. It isn't a religion and doesn't require a belief system. Through gentle touch, a Reiki Practitioner channels energy for your body to use, as it needs, to heal itself.
Reiki works on all living things - people (young and old alike), animals and plants.
